4. Conclusions. The ferromagnetic properties of the stainless steel AISI 304L were analysed when deformed by cold rolling and heat treated at 400°C. By applying effective deformations ( ε) in the range of 1.09–2.41, the residual induction ( Br) and the squareness ( Br / Bs) both increased and the coercive field decreased upon deformation.
