Nitronic Nitronic 은 질소에 의해 강화된 오스테나이트 스테인레스강 시리즈로 상품명이다. Armco Steel에 의해 개발되었고 Nitronic 40은 1961년에 개발되었다 (엄청 오래전에 개발된 재질이다). 2000년 이후로 AK Steel에서 TM을 소유하게되었다. 일반적으로 Nitronic 의 항복강도는 304L이나 316L의 두배 정도이다.

The Nitronic 60 inserts we are struggling to fit measure 0.320"/8.13. That's 0.016"/ 0.40mm extra diametral interference. Is this normal? Does the Nitronic require that much more preload?
